Membership in The Calgary Model Railway Society has its advantages:

• Members are admitted without additional charge to most events sponsored or organized by the Society, except for the following:
  • Supertrain (exhibitors and volunteers are admitted free),
  • Member appreciation night, and
  • Rail fan trips
• Members get to meet other individuals with similar interests,
• Members receive a subscription to the Society's newsletter, The Orderboard, which has news of interest about model railway subjects as well as listings of upcoming events in and around Calgary,
• Members may submit model or prototype material for posting on the Society's web site or in the Society's newsletter,
• Members get an opportunity to participate in organizing and running events and programs for the Society and to contribute to the operation and direction of the Society.

If you wish to join The Calgary Model Railway Society, there are a couple of ways to do this:

1. Just show up at an major event sponsored or organized by the Society (see the Events section of this web site) and purchase your membership at the event.
2. If you just can't wait, print out the a membership application form (PDF format) and send it along with your payment to the address on the form:
