CMRS Annual General Meeting - October 14, 2012

NOTE that the AGM is only open to paid-up members of the CMRS. If your membership has expired you can renew at any Society event or before the Annual Gemeral Meeting. You can also print out an application or renewal form on-line and mail it to the Society.

NOTICE OF THE 2012 CMRS AGM Notice is hereby given that the 2012 CMRS Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 14th, 2012, starting at 12:00 pm at the Glenmore Inn, 2720 Glenmore Trail SE in conjunction with the Fall Mini Meet.

Lunch will be provided to eligible CMRS members.

Members will be asked to approve the 2012-2013 Budget and review the Society’s past and upcoming activities.

Members will also be asked to ratify four Club Member Directors and elect one Independent Director to the Board.
